The Best Disneyland And Disney World Hotels
Planning a trip to Disney that you want to be unforgettable? To make sure the magic continues outside of the park, it is pertinent to find a prime hotel. To make the cut, hotels have to have a great location (vacationers do not want to have to walk miles home after a long day park-hopping), a fantastic staff (no long waits for room service), and great amenities and extras (a pool to lounge by when not riding the rides? Check. ). So before you book your perfect Disney vacation, be sure to check out these hotels!Best Disneyland HotelThe best Disneyland Hotel is Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. As soon as you step into the lobby of this five-star palace, you will know that “Grand” is an understatement. The entrance area is breath taking with vaulted ceilings, immense stone fireplaces and gorgeous wood paneling. Your suite is simply a miniature version: decorated in natural tones that could be taken straight from a Yosemite lodge, this room will help you refresh for your next fun-filled day. When you are ready for a day in the park, it is simply a five-minute walk to Disneyland’s entrance. If you need a day to relax, then the Californian has what you are looking for. A quality spa with everything from a gym to trained masseuses, will take away any stress you obtained from the long lines. In addition, there is a large pool for the kids to splash around in while you look on from a super plush lounge chair. Finally, at night, many of the rooms have a great view of the amazing Disneyland fireworks display, while others can see the new fountain show at California Adventure. Either way, your Disney experience can continue long after you leave the park. Best Disney World HotelIf Florida is closer to home, and a Disney World vacation is coming up, consider the number one hotel in Orlando: Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. While the room is top-quality with animal print decor and adequate size, the real perks of this hotel are the extras you get out of the room. Scattered around the lobby are fire pits, TVs with Disney cartoons and incredible African artwork. There are many kid-friendly activities to keep the young ones busy; they can partake in drumming sessions, arts and crafts, story-telling and night-time animal watching. There is an additional safari experience that you can pay for around the hotel grounds. In many cases, the animals come right up to the truck for an up-close experience you won’t get anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and open to hearing any inquiries: about animals or otherwise. The heated pool, gym room, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzis will only add to the all the exciting elements of this unique hotel. The Animal Kingdom Lodge will truly be an adventure in itself!
